Il futuro del PNRR e la norma UNI ISO 21502

L’intervento inizierà con un breve confronto tra il PNRR italiano ed i PNRR degli altri Paesi Membri per illustrare le specificità del nostro programma, con una successivo approfondimento sull’organizzazione del programma. Si proseguirà con l’analisi dello stato di avanzamento del PNRR al mese di giugno 2022 alla fine del suo primo semestre di messa in opera, con l’analisi dei risultati raggiunti e delle criticità emerse. Sulla base di queste ultime si analizzerà la Uni Iso 20502 come norma che potrebbe offrire una modello concettuale su come approcciare le criticità di sopra nella prospettiva della futura messa in opera. Saranno portati dei propri contributi esperienziali dati dalla pratica professionale nel settore. Si passerà quindi ad un resoconto finale su quanto analizzato.

The intervention will begin with a brief comparison between the Italian PNRR and the PNRRs of the other Member States to illustrate the specificities of our program, with a subsequent deepening of the structure of the program. It will continue with the analysis of the progress of the PNRR till June 2022 at the end of its first semester of implementation, with analysis of the results achieved and the critical issues that emerged. On the basis of the latter, it will analyzed the Uni Iso 20502 as a standard that could offer an unique conceptual environment to approach the above critical issues in the future perspective of implementation of the program. There will be presented some own experiential cases given by direct professional practice in the sector. We will then move on to a final report on what has been analyzed.
