C’è bisogno di Project Management nel settore delle Costruzioni?

Sempre di più! Oggi, più che mai, è un’esigenza comune di Committenti e Imprese.
Focalizzeremo l’obiettivo sulle emergenti esigenze del mercato delle Costruzioni di sviluppare piani di management, sia nei LL.PP. per effetto delle disposizioni del Codice degli Appalti, sia nei Lavori Privati ad oggi appannaggio di “grandi committenti strutturati” (es. Società di Gestione del Risparmio - SGR). L’intervento pone l’accento sulle figure tecniche direttive delle Imprese di Costruzioni - vero motore della realizzazione di un’opera - che già in fase di gara d’Appalto, tal volta ancor prima, e poi via via durante l’esecuzione, sono chiamate al tavolo dai Committenti, e dai loro Project Manager, per rendere evidenza delle proprie capacità organizzative mediante strumenti di Project Management.
A queste figure viene infatti ora chiesta, non solo la capacità tecnica specifica, ma anche formazione e certificazioni in P.M. Per poter parlare la stessa lingua è quindi necessario accrescere le proprie professionalità per tenere il passo a questa rapida evoluzione.
